CPD Studio is leading the design process for this renovation, with the goal of maintaining original architectural details on the building exterior, while completely updating and enhancing the interior areas to feel playful, bright, and refreshingly unique. Our designs harken back to the time period of the original building, incorporating nods to retro and vintage elements while maintaining a modern feel overall. We hope guests will feel instantly at home in this coastal corner of Southern California, with an added touch of Palm Springs colorful charm.
